- What are your experiences in the music industry?

Mainly I'm a studio-vocalist but from time to time I go live joining great bands like Ace of Base. I feel blessed that I can do both, especially since I had a baby four months ago.

- Could you give us a summary of your career in music so far?

I started very early doing various child-parts in different musicals. Music has always been a very important part of my life since both my parents are musicians. I've gone to a couple of schools training music and singing, for example London Music School. Learning how to use your voice is good- but what gives U the best training is just jumping out! Do whatever work you come across even if it doesn't give you any money. That's how I started. The music industry is hard getting into so U gotta work very hard and be very flexible to get where I am right now. Nothing happens by chance. So, I do a lot of BV's (backingvocals) for artists mostly in Sweden but even acts like Baccara, Dannii Minogue and yeah, CHIPZ!. I also write and produce. "Studio 54" by CHIPZ! was one of the tracks that was really fun doing! Vocal coaching is also a thing I love doing and CHIPZ! is one of my favourite bands to coach. We have a lot of fun in the studio making vocals!

- How did you end up being a backing vocalist for Ace of Base?

In the summer of 2006 I went on tour with a swedish singer called "Carola" and the company that did all the booking was the same as on this tour. They simply recommended me and a few other girls to Ace of Base. We all went to an audition in october this year. It felt so cool singing some of the great hits of Ace of Base TOGETHER with ACE OF BASE! They have made so many good songs, it's really hard to pick a favourite.

- Whose idea was it to put you in the spotlight for the remix bit in the show?

Well, since I don't dance that much, I assume they had to give me SOMETHING to do!! Ha ha! I don't know why, but it's a great honour and I hope I do a good job.

Backingsinger

worked with artists as Dannii Minogue, Baccara and the popular Dutch group Chipz!.

She will do also the backingvocals for the forthcoming album of Ace of Base.

- What were your expectations for the concerts?

Hard to say. When you practise it's so intense that you don't have the TIME to think about it & when you go on stage you're so focused you don't really expect nothing else but giving a 100%. But the love and joy it gives communicating with the audience is indescribable! Besides, you never know what to expect - ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN WHEN IT'S A 100% LIVE SHOW!

- Will you be there during the upcoming world tour?

I sure hope so, if nothing else happens. My husband is a great father taking care of our baby and we are a great team working with this show!

- Will you be working on the new album?

This is nothing that I know anything about, but I'm sure the album will be ROCKIN'!!

- Who are your favorite artists?

Ace of Base, of course, Gnarls Barkley, Donna Summer, The Meters, Kool & the gang, Nikka Costa, Prince. Anything from the 70's, 80's or funky as hell! ;-)

- Had you listened to Ace of Base before?

Of course! Who hasn't? This is a dream come true!

- Which song do you like performing best?

I have to say "I'm never gonna say I'm sorry". I love the lyrics. Sometimes U feel like a clown but mostly it's because people don't understand you. It's a tough world and U gotta hang in there! I loooove this song. "Happy Nation" is also a strong song. U believe every word you sing and I love the choreography of this song. It's very relating to the powerful lyrics.

- How do you like traveling around for the current tour?

It's a blessing to be able to see the world. Sometimes U travel to countries you probably never would have gone  yourself. Russia, for example. Maybe I would have gone to Moscow, but Yekaterinburg? Ufa? Beautiful, exciting cities! On the other hand it's tough being apart from your family and that's why it's SO important that the people you travel with becomes a second family to you.

- Have you gone on tours with other artists before?

Yes, but nothing as big as this and only in the Nordic countries.
